   To celebrate the  75th anniversary of  UBA  (Belgium’s national IARU society, established on 25 January 1947), 64 special event stations  , with prefix on75 , will be active from  1 January until 28 February 2022.

   Several radio station will be active to celebrate 120th anniversary of the first transoceanic wireless communication made on 12th of December, 1901 by Guglielmo Marconi:

on the occasion of the event belgian radio amateurs will be  use prefix OS and  all UK and Crown dependency licenced radio amateurs may use the suffix “/2ZE” with your own callsign from the 1st – 26th December 2021.

   Quest’anno è il centenario della deposizione a l’Altare della Patria a Roma del Milite Ignoto , il  soldato scelto tra i tanti caduti che erano privi di elementi che potessero riconoscerne l’identità  ideale rappresentanza dei tanti caduti senza nome del primo conflitto mondiale.

   Per l’occasione un team di radioamatori della zona “6” attiveranno il  nominativo speciale II6MI dal 20 novembre al 20 dicembre 2021.
