• The diploma can be obtained by running 8 March one of the following conditions:Spend 8 QSO with radio amateurs of Zaporozhye and Donetsk regions, including at least 1 QSO with YL-operator operator.

• Spend at least 3 QSO with YL-operator.

• A QSO with a station UR3QWZ, UW3QU, UY5CQ, UX8IX
  

• Berdyansk hams must spend at least 25 different telecommunications 08.03.2016.

Repeats are allowed on different bands and different modulation types.
